This Rate Card sets forth Mabel’s current campaign (printing, mailing/distribution), response processing, call forwarding, and hourly professional services fees, and is incorporated by reference into the Mabel Subscription Agreement. Prices below include printing cost and standard-class postage. Changes to pricing (e.g., due to USPS postage increases) can occur throughout the year and will be communicated in advance.

ACO Response Processing
Pricing is per response based on receiving channel; all prices include channel setup (receiving mailbox, upload site, eSign form), OCR processing, and automated routing to the relevant ACO in the Mabel Platform.

Any manual processing of SVAs or HEDR Surveys — as may be required due to poor quality scans or non-Mabel templates, for example — will be billed at the professional services hourly rate or applied toward client maintenance hours. Mailed items with multiple SVAs or HEDRs will be billed as number of forms + 1 unit.
