Four steps to complete patient lists

Prioritize Who

Focus your engagement on the largest providers first. For every ACO, Mabel creates a provider roster on AirTable to help prioritize your team's engagement efforts and track results. Ask your account manager for your ACO's AirTable link if you haven't received it already.

Engage Providers

Direct your provider relations team to call provider offices and ask to speak with the office manager or the provider directly.

Follow-up with Instructions

Send a follow-up email with specific instructions based on the provider's EMR type.

Track Completion

As patient lists stream in, track progress via the Mabel Dashboard and follow up with providers as needed. Also, continue to refer to the weekly Mabel Status Update for the most recent news and developments.
